It motivates me! As a very recreational, novice (no longer so young) athlete, it is thanks to the good explanations and the achievable schedule that I have not given up running yet. On the contrary: it motivates me to train three times a week!
Body composition analysis (DXA)
You receive a thorough explanation of what all the values mean and a good understanding of your body composition. I found it very interesting to see all the percentages in black and white. The staff were also very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. You also receive good tips on how to reduce your body fat percentage. Definitely recommended if you want to be more aware of your body.

The ideal app for beginner runners, with this app you can learn to run 5 km in one go in 30 lessons! After that, there are various series to build up to longer distances or better speeds! You can link it to Strava so your performance is automatically displayed there too! You also get useful tips and tricks, from warm-ups to nutritional advice!
